Mr Fresh Truck is a family owned and operated business that has serviced the Victorian Community for over 35 years.
We travel all over Victoria’s cultural landscape servicing music festivals, community events, carols, horse races, school events and private functions. We pride ourselves on integrity, generosity and goodwill towards the community.
Every event we cater for we treat with the utmost care, whether it’s for 50 or 50,000 people.

Any questions surrounding our services, vans based on occasion, the quality of our food, our waste-wise intiatives or something else we’re available to answer.
How do you ensure the freshness and quality of your food?
Mr Fresh Truck has in place a mandatory Food Safety Program whch guarantees the quality and freshness of our products served to the public.
Our Hot Food Vans also have approved gas permit and authority from the Office of Gas and Safety.
We also have 20 million dollar public liability insurance when trading. Mr Fresh Truck believe in maintaining an impeccable hygeine standard.
As a result, our team of employees have completed modules in INT 8. Occupational Hygeine which are nationally accreddited and recgonised.
Our Food Safety Supervisor has the necessary Level 1 and Level 2 certificates for undertaking such a role.
Do you employ any waste-wise initiatives?
Mr Fresh Truck has a deep commitment to improving the state of our current climate.
All packaging used throughout our food trucks meet Waste Wise Event guidelines.
Mr Fresh Truck has taken further initiatives with regard to our catering wares adopting 100% compostable and biodegradable catering wares.
Although a little more expensive than recyclable packaging, such packaging is the way of the future in combating future environmental issues.
Do you need power?
Mr Fresh Truck Vans are entirely self-sufficient and come equipped with internal, silent generators and internal, unseen gas bottles.
We don’t require any power or water source to be provided by you. Leave the hard details entirely up to us!
What type of van is best for my occasion?
We have three types of vans.
Our ‘Fresh Van’ sports digital signage and a vibrant vinyl wrap exterior, and can cook anything from burgers and hot dogs, to jam donuts and dim sims.
Our Traditional Ice Cream Van provide the finest quality traditional Italian Gelati and soft serve.
The truck itself is traditional and nostalgic, pink and displayed with images of delicious ice cream.
Our Twisty Potato Marquee provides the quick, fun treat for your upcoming event.
We can set these up in almost any site location and with simple site requirements.
